The project to be carried out is in the form of collecting frozen palm oil waste which will then be processed into liquid waste, and sold to consumers as raw material for its derivative products.

Raw material in the form of frozen dirty palm oil contains about twenty percent impurities, to process frozen dirty oil into liquid dirty oil. In addition to processing products from palm oil and its derivatives,

Palm Acid Oil (PAO)

Palm acid oil (PAO) is a by-product obtained from the alkaline refining of palm oil. It is used for making laundry soaps and for producing calcium soaps for animal feed formulations. The properties and composition of PAO may differ according to variations in the palm oil feedstock and the alkaline refining process.

High Acid Crude Palm Oil (HACPO)

High Acid Crude Palm Oil (HACPO or ACPO) is another bio-diesel feedstock with an of FFA 8~15% that is also used to produced bio-diesel which meets international bio-diesel standards such as EN 14214 and ASTM D6751. Perchloric acid shows high catalytic activity for the conversion of FFA to FAME that can be used to treat a wide range of acidic oils and fats as well.

Crude Palm Oil (CPO)

Crude Palm oil is an edible oil derived from pulp of oil palms. It is naturally reddish in colour as it contains high amounts of beta-carotene. Its scientific name is Elaeis guineensis. Palm Oil is used for cooking and largely in South East Asia. Besides cooking purposes and food products, Palm Oil and derivatives known as fractions of the oil are used in the manufacture of pre-packaged food, cosmetics, cleaning products, hair care, soaps and personal care items. Palm Wax is used in the manufacture of candles. It is also used to manufacture bio fuel for motor vehicles, shipping and aircraft fuel and one of its by-products is glycerin.

Palm Kernel Shell (PKS)

Palm kernel shells (or PKS) are the shell fractions left after the nut has been removed after crushing in the Palm Oil mill. Kernel shells are a fibrous material, brownish-yellow in colour and with particle sizes normally ranging between 5 mm and 40 mm with high calorific value, averaging 4000 Kcal/kg, and low ash content. Our Palm Kernel Shell is a natural high grade solid biofuel and has high density. We supplies both of processed and unprocessed PKS depending on applications.
